Lightbox Ventures I (the “Company”) was incorporated on 11 December 2013 as a private company limited by shares in Mauritius under the Mauritius Companies Act 2001 and holds a Category 1 Global Business Licence issued by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius. The Company makes privately negotiated equity and equity-related investments in companies in India which are involved in the consumer technology sector on a standalone basis. The Company commenced operations on 15 April 2014 and is managed by Lightbox Management Limited (the “Investment Manager”).
